Transitional Housing
Residential Safe Housing for Women and Children
Small residential home for women who have been referred by Child Welfare Services (CWS) and Child Protective Services (CPS) while they are in the process of reunifying with their children. An on-site, live-in manager helps offer a clean, safe, and supervised environment for women and children as they take the next step towards independent living.

Domestic Violence Transitional Housing Program
Transitional housing for women and their minor children fleeing domestic violence. Provides support for families recovering from trauma in a safe and stable home environment in confidential locations throughout the region. Includes counseling, support groups, case management and other supportive services with a focus on increasing income and moving to permanent housing.

CSA San Diego County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting social justice and ending all forms of discrimination. Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program
For El Cajon residents only, living in single family homes or mobile-homes located in an eligible mobile-home park.
Provides loan funds for housing rehabilitation to lower-income families, improving living conditions by addressing health and safety hazards.

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program
Provides rental assistance to low-income individuals and families, helping them afford safe housing in the private market. The program covers part of the rent while participants pay a portion based on their income. Due to high demand, there is often a long waiting list.
