Provides culturally tailored crisis and resource services for refugee survivors of domestic violence, including counseling, legal support, advocacy, and public benefits assistance. Services also include safety planning, court accompaniment, employment and education support, interpretation, and support groups.

Refugee Employment
Provides time-limited employment services to CalWORKs recipients, including counseling, job evaluations, and occupational training. Support includes childcare, transportation, and ancillary services. Refugee Employment Services under Welfare to Work help refugee families achieve self-sufficiency through employment within 60 months of U.S. arrival. Participants remain in the program until employed or until time limits are met.
