Senior Food Program, Lakeside Gardens Apartments
Provides monthly food and nutrition education to eligible low-income seniors aged 60 and older. Registered participants receive a 30-pound USDA food box each month at a local distribution site, typically including canned and packaged foods, vegetables, fruit juice, pasta, milk, cereal, and protein items.

They can assist patients in enrolling in Medi-Cal, Covered CA, and CalFresh. You do not need to be a patient to receive assistance. They accept Medi-Cal and Medicare. Required documents: a CA Driver’s License or ID Card, or a passport.
